Imagine playing with a Lego set where you are not limited by the number of pieces, and you can stretch your world out very far. This is the basic idea of Minecraft, and this is quite a craze.

I don’t know whether to call Minecraft a game, but I suppose that is the best word to describe it. After all, the user builds with textured blocks, and then can hang around with real-life people in the virtual world, provided you are on the same wireless network.

This game has sold 3,000,000 units since last August, and it has come to Android. At first it was only available for the Xperia Play, but now it can be yours on any Android device.

Keep in mind, that the game costs about $6.99, which is pretty expensive for an Android game. Also, there doesn’t appear to be any monsters. Apparently, when it gets dark, monsters are supposed to come out.
