Android Market on Kindle

It has been about two weeks since I received my Kindle Fire, and I have had a chance to try out its many features. I thought that the App store would be a hinderance to me.

You see, the App store on the Kindle Fire are only designed to accept Android Applications from the Amazon Android Market. Yes, that is limiting. Not only is this limiting the Android user on the Kindle, but it also limits the Android developer.

I will have to say that they have the most popular apps like Angry Birds is there, and anything else that has made the top 100 has its business being there.

Amazon is nice enough to have a free App for the day, which is enough to check the market every day. So do I like it? Yeah, I do. Could it be more? I think it will be. I believe the demand for more and more Android apps will create a very diverse Android App store that won’t involve rooting to get to.
